Slow-cooked Turkey Stew

Ingredients
1⁄3 cup butter, melted
1⁄3 cup all-purpose flour
3 tbsp 3 Onion Dip Mix
2 tbsp Herb & Garlic Dip Mix
4 cups Nourish Broth
1 1⁄2 tsp Nourish Broth Mix
1 cup boiling water
4 lbs (1.8 kg) turkey breast, cut into cubes
8 carrots, sliced into rounds
4 celery stalks, chopped
2 bell peppers, chopped
2 cups frozen peas
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk butter with flour, 3 Onion Dip Mix, and Herb & Garlic Dip Mix. Slowly whisk in Nourish Broth, mixing well between additions to prevent lumps. Pour into a slow cooker.
Add turkey, carrots, celery, and peppers. Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours, or low for 6-7 hours. Add peas and heat through for 15–20 minutes.
Spoon into bowls, and serve.
