Slider Sloppy Joes

Small Sloppy Joes are irresistible to both kids and adults.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb (450 g) lean ground beef, turkey, chicken, or soy

  • 1 medium onion, coarsely chopped

  • 1 tbsp Burger Seasoning

  • 2 cups tomato pasta sauce – your choice

  • 2 tbsp vinegar

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

  • 8 slider hamburger buns

Instructions
  • In a frying pan, cook meat and onion over medium-high heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

  • Stir in Burger Seasoning, pasta sauce, vinegar, and brown sugar. Reduce heat to medium. Cover and simmer to let flavours blend, approximately 8–10 minutes.

  • Place bottoms of buns on plates, then spoon mixture overtop. Cover with top buns.
