Don’t let those delicious remnants from your holiday feast go to waste! Swap in any of your favourite Epicure Dips to turn those turkey leftovers into a sandwich sensation. It’s the ultimate lunchtime solution!

Ingredients

  • 14 cup light cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp CCB Dip Mix or 3 Onion Dip Mix
  • 4 thick slices wholegrain bread
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 4 oz (113 g) leftover turkey
  • 2 tbsp cranberry sauce

Preparation

  1. Stir 1⁄4 cup spreadable cream cheese with 1 tbsp dip mix.
  2. Spread over 2 slices wholegrain bread; top with a few lettuce leaves and slices of leftover cooked turkey and generous dollops of cranberry sauce.
  3. Top each with another slice of bread.
  4. Garnish with a skewer of pickled baby onions. Serves 2.
