Sleeping Beauty Tonic
Ingredients
1⁄2 cup Sleeping Beauty Herbal Tea Blend, steeped, chilled
2 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
1 tsp maple syrup
2 slices lemon
2 sprigs fresh mint
1 1⁄2 cups sparkling water
Preparation
Stir tea with apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, lemon, and mint. Divide into two glasses filled with ice. Top each with 3⁄4 cup sparkling water.
