Ingredients
1 bell pepper
1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken thighs
4 cups broccoli florets
1⁄2 lb (225 g) trimmed green beans
2 tbsp oil
1 pkg Lemon Garlic Chicken Seasoning or Lemon Chicken Orzo Seasoning
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450° F. Line Sheet Pan with Sheet Pan Liner.
Slice pepper. In a large bowl, combine pepper, chicken, broccoli, green beans, oil, and seasoning; toss until well coated.
Arrange in a single layer on pan. Roast 18 min, or until chicken is cooked through and veggies are tender.
