Ingredients
2 tbsp Fajita Seasoning or Taco Seasoning
1⁄2 cup oil
1⁄2 cup vinegar
1⁄2 cup water
3 cans (19 oz/540 ml each) mixed beans
2 cups corn niblets
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together seasoning, oil, vinegar, and water.
Drain and rinse beans; add to bowl and stir in corn. Mix well to combine. Marinate 30 min in the refrigerator prior to serving.
