Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Fajita Seasoning or Taco Seasoning
  • 12 cup oil
  • 12 cup vinegar
  • 12 cup water
  • 3 cans (19 oz/540 ml each) mixed beans
  • 2 cups corn niblets

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together seasoning, oil, vinegar, and water.
  2. Drain and rinse beans; add to bowl and stir in corn. Mix well to combine. Marinate 30 min in the refrigerator prior to serving.
