Shrimp and Avocado Sandwiches

Ingredients
1⁄4 cup Creamy Guacamole Dip, prepared
3 tbsp Guacamole Dip Mix
2 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted and mashed
1⁄2 cup light sour cream
1 tbsp lemon or lime juice
1 cup baby shrimp
1⁄4 cup diced bell pepper
8 slices whole-grain bread, or crusty rolls, tortilla wraps or pita pockets
Instructions
Gently fold shrimp and pepper into Guacamole Dip.
Serve on bread.
