Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Shish Kebab Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 lb (450 g) cubed chicken, lamb, or pork
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables, your choice

Preparation

  1. Combine seasoning and oil in a bowl or resealable bag, add your choice of meat, and coat well. Let marinate in fridge for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Thread meat and vegetables onto 12" Metal Skewers.
  3. Preheat grill to medium and lightly brush with oil to prevent sticking. Place skewers on grill and cook 6–8 minutes each side until cooked through.
  4. Place skewers onto a large platter. Using a 2-in-1 Citrus Press, squeeze lemon or lime overtop and serve.
