In-season asparagus pairs perfectly with protein and omega 3 rich salmon in this fast family-friendly sheet pan meal.

Ingredients

  • 12 lb (225 g) asparagus spears
  • 12 tbsp oil
  • 12 tbsp SPG Seasoning
  • 12 lb (225 g) salmon filet
  • 12 tbsp Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F. Line 1⁄4 Sheet Pan with 1⁄4 Sheet Pan Liner.
  2. Trim asparagus spears. Place on one side of sheet pan; combine with oil and SPG Seasoning.
  3. Place fish beside asparagus. Season with Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning.
  4. Bake until fish is cooked, about 15 min.
