Preheat oven to 425°F. Line Sheet Pan with Sheet Pan Liner.
Drain and rinse chickpeas, pat dry. Place on pan.
Slice zucchini on the diagonal. Cut peeled sweet potato in half lengthwise; thinly slice halves. Place on pan with chickpeas. Coat with 1 tbsp oil and 1⁄2 pkg seasoning; spread out in a single layer on pan.
Coat chops with remaining oil and seasoning. Arrange on top of veggies.
Roast, without stirring, until pork is cooked through, about 30 min.
