Ingredients
2 tbsp oil
3 tbsp Fajita Seasoning or Taco Seasoning
Sea Salt , if desired
Black Pepper , if desired
1 1⁄2 lb (680 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 onion, sliced
2 bell peppers, sliced
16 small whole-grain or corn tortillas, warmed
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400° F (200° C).
In a small bowl combine oil and Fajita Seasoning. Season with Salt and Pepper, if desired.
Toss chicken, veggies, and oil mixture together on a Sheet Pan lined with a Sheet Pan Liner and spread out evenly.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until chicken is cooked and the veggies are soft.
Serve with tortillas and your favorite fixings.
