Sheet Pan Chicken Souvlaki
Ingredients
1 1⁄2 lbs (690 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pork, or lamb, cut into strips
4 bell peppers
3 tbsp Souvlaki Seasoning
3 tbsp oil
1⁄2 lemon
8 pitas, warmed
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400° F. Line a Sheet Pan with a Sheet Pan Liner.
Meanwhile, slice chicken into strips.
Slice pepper into thin strips.
Place chicken and peppers in a bowl; add seasoning and oil. Using the 2-in-1 Citrus Press squeeze in 2 tbsp juice from lemon. Stir to mix.
Spread out on prepared pan. Roast until chicken is cooked through and peppers are tender, 15 min.
Serve in warm pitas with Classic Greek Salad and Dillicious Tzatziki.
