Ingredients

  • 12 lime or 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 14 English cucumber
  • 12 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 3 cups spring mix greens
  • 12 cup matchstick carrots

Preparation
