Preparation
Combine steak, onion, and mushrooms with Sesame Ginger Dressing in a medium-size mixing bowl. Allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes, and up to 2 days.
Alternately thread steak, onion wedges, and mushrooms onto bamboo skewers.
Preheat barbecue to medium heat. Grill kebabs turning often for 6–8 minutes, or until cooked as you like.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
