Sesame-crusted Fish Fillets

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 2 tsp Thai Seasoning
  • 4 (6 oz/170 g) white fish fillets (haddock, sole, cod or halibut)
  • Sea Salt, coarsely ground, to taste
  • Black Pepper, coarsely ground, to taste
  • 34 cup toasted sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to broil.
  2. Whisk orange juice and Thai Seasoning together in a mixing bowl.
  3. Season fish with Sea Salt and Pepper. Brush both sides with orange juice mixture.
  4. Place sesame seeds on a large plate. Gently press both sides of fish into seeds to coat.
  5. Place on Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner, or in a frying pan. Broil 6 minutes on each side or until golden.
