Sure to be a favourite at your next barbecue.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (16 oz/454 g) coleslaw mix
  • 12 recipe prepared Ultimate Asian Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Red Pepper Jelly
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce, or gluten free soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp crushed chilies
  • 7 - 11 oz/ 200 - 300 g cooked shrimp
  • Sesame Crunch Topper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Place coleslaw in a large bowl.
  2. Drizzle with Ultimate Asian Sauce and add shrimp.
  3. Toss to mix, then generously shake Sesame Crunch Topper overtop.
