Ingredients
1 pkg (16 oz/454 g) coleslaw mix
1⁄2 recipe prepared Ultimate Asian Sauce
3 tbsp Red Pepper Jelly
2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce, or gluten free soy sauce
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp crushed chilies
7 - 11 oz/ 200 - 300 g cooked shrimp
Sesame Crunch Topper, to taste
Preparation
Place coleslaw in a large bowl.
Drizzle with Ultimate Asian Sauce and add shrimp.
Toss to mix, then generously shake Sesame Crunch Topper overtop.
