Ingredients

  • 8 cups mixed salad greens, or baby spinach leaves
  • 12 recipe prepared Sesame Ginger Dressing
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Ginger Dressing Mix
  • 3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce or gluten free soy sauce
  • 13 cup oil
  • 12 cup rice vinegar
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • sesame seeds, to taste

Preparation

  1. Place greens in a large mixing bowl, and drizzle just enough Sesame Ginger Dressing overtop to coat (add more if desired).
  2. Season with Sea Salt and Black Pepper, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve.
