Ingredients
  • 12 crackers, such as rice, matzo, or your favourite

  • 12 tbsp thick Greek yogurt, skyr, or labneh

  • 12 tsp grated lemon peel, optional

  • 12 small slices smoked salmon (about 5 oz/140 g)

  • Poke Bowl Topper Blend or Za'atar Seasoning, to taste

Instructions
  • Stir together yogurt and lemon peel, if desired.

  • Spread over crackers; top with salmon.

  • Generously shake on topper blend.
