Sencha Tea Sauce and Marinade

Use as a marinade, and also cook fish or chicken right in the sauce.

Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp Sencha & Jasmine Green Tea Blend

  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic

  • 1 cup boiled hot water

  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce

  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and stemmed, optional

  • 2 tbsp unsweetened, toasted shredded coconut

  • Sea Salt, to taste

  • Black Pepper, to taste

Instructions
  • Add Tea and Minced Garlic to water. Let steep for 5 minutes.

  • Pour into a food processor (with Tea and Minced Garlic). Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

  • Season to taste.

Tips
