Sencha and Mixed Berries Smoothie

A marriage between two of our favourite drinks for a healthy, creamy delight!

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp Sencha & Jasmine Green Tea Blend

  • 12 cup boiling water

  • 1 cup mixed frozen berries

  • 1 small ripe banana

  • 14 cup low-fat milk or plain soy milk

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 1 scoop Power Up Vanilla Protein Blend

Instructions
  • Steep Tea in water. Allow to cool.

  • In a blender or food processor, blend tea with remaining ingredients until smooth.
