Seasoned Steak Salad

Best served medium-rare, flank steak is a lean and economical cut of beef, packed full of protein.

Ingredients

  • 8 cups seasonal greens
  • 1 large tomato
  • 4 servings Seasoned Steak
  • 13 cup olive oil
  • 14 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Montreal Steak Rub or Beef & Steak Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp lime or lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp light brown sugar, lightly packed
  • 2 lbs (900 g) flank steak
  • Sea Salt & Black Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp Italian Dressing
  • 2 tbsp Italian Dressing Mix
  • 34 cup oil
  • 14 cup white vinegar

Preparation

  1. In each bowl, place 2 cups of seasonal greens.
  2. Top with tomato and prepared Seasoned Steak. Drizzle with Italian Dressing and serve.
