Ingredients
8 cups seasonal greens
1 large tomato
4 servings Seasoned Steak
1⁄3 cup olive oil
1⁄4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp Montreal Steak Rub or Beef & Steak Seasoning
2 tbsp lime or lemon juice
2 tbsp light brown sugar, lightly packed
2 lbs (900 g) flank steak
Sea Salt & Black Pepper, to taste
2 tbsp Italian Dressing
2 tbsp Italian Dressing Mix
3⁄4 cup oil
1⁄4 cup white vinegar
Preparation
In each bowl, place 2 cups of seasonal greens.
Top with tomato and prepared Seasoned Steak. Drizzle with Italian Dressing and serve.
