Ingredients

  • 1 12 lbs (680 g) flank or rib-eye steak, thinly sliced against the grain
  • 2 tbsp Beef & Steak Seasoning

Preparation

  1. Combine steak and Seasoning in a mixing bowl.
  2. Heat frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook steak for approximately 3–5 minutes. Serve.
