Preparation
Pat scallops dry with paper towels, sprinkle evenly with pepper. Heat oil in a fry pan over medium-high heat.
Add scallops to pan and cook about 3 minutes on each side, until golden and cooked through. Remove scallops from pan, sprinkle with Fisherman’s Wharf Sea Salt. Garnish with lemons, if desired.
