Seared Fisherman's Wharf Sea Scallops

Ingredients

  • 1 12 lbs (about 16) sea scallops
  • Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fisherman’s Wharf Sea Salt Blend Grinder, to taste
  • lemon wedges, optional

Preparation

  1. Pat scallops dry with paper towels, sprinkle evenly with pepper. Heat oil in a fry pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add scallops to pan and cook about 3 minutes on each side, until golden and cooked through. Remove scallops from pan, sprinkle with Fisherman’s Wharf Sea Salt. Garnish with lemons, if desired.
