An easy pasta ready in just 15 min. Try this basic recipe with shrimp, clams, crab, or a mixture of your favorite seafood.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz whole-grain pasta
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Dilly, CCB, or 3 Onion Dip Mix
  • 2- 4 oz cans crab meat, drained
  • 12 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. In a large pot, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and reserve 1 cup cooking liquid.
  2. Heat oil and reserved cooking liquid in a frying pan. Cook pepper, onion, and garlic over medium heat for 2–3 min. Add lemon zest, lemon juice, Dip Mix, and crab. Cook only until crab is heated through.
  3. Toss with hot pasta, top with Parmesan, season to taste, and serve.
