Seafood Pasta

An easy pasta ready in just 15 min. Try this basic recipe with shrimp, clams, crab, or a mixture of your favorite seafood.

Ingredients
  • 6 oz whole-grain pasta

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1 bell pepper, diced

  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed

  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon zest

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp Lemon Dilly, CCB, or 3 Onion Dip Mix

  • 2- 4 oz cans crab meat, drained

  • 12 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

  • Sea Salt, to taste

  • Black Pepper, to taste

Instructions
  • In a large pot, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and reserve 1 cup cooking liquid.

  • Heat oil and reserved cooking liquid in a frying pan. Cook pepper, onion, and garlic over medium heat for 2–3 min. Add lemon zest, lemon juice, Dip Mix, and crab. Cook only until crab is heated through.

  • Toss with hot pasta, top with Parmesan, season to taste, and serve.
