Bake in individual Mini Bakers for an impressive appy or entrée. Easy to prep ahead, refrigerate, and pop in a preheated oven for 10 minutes before serving.
Ingredients
8 large fresh or frozen prawns
12 fresh or frozen scallops
1 piece (8 oz/225 g) salmon or white fish
1⁄4 cup melted butter
1⁄2 cup white wine, optional
2 tsp Seafood & Fish Seasoning
4 lemon wedges
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C).
Divide seafood between two mini bakers. Place on parchement-paper lined Sheet Pan.
Drizzle with butter and wine, if desired. Sprinkle Seafood & Fish Seasoning over each.
Bake for 10–12 minutes. Serve each with a wedge of fresh lemon.
