Ingredients
  • 2 cups apple juice, cranberry or grape juice, for ice cubes

  • 14 cup Scarlet O Tea leaves, or tea leaves of your choice

  • 2 cups water

  • 2 cups peeled and sliced fresh fruit (berries, oranges, kiwi, pears or apples)

  • 1 12 cups apple juice, cranberry or grape juice

  • 1 12 cups red wine, white wine, or sparkling wine

Instructions
  • Freeze first 2 cups of juice in an Iceberg Mold.

  • Simmer tea leaves and water in a Multipurpose pot over medium heat for 7 minutes. Strain into a pitcher and allow to cool before refrigerating.

  • Before serving, add fruit juice ice cubes, fruit, and juice to pitcher. Serve in chilled glasses.
