Ingredients
  • 1 recipe prepared Fresh Cheese

  • 4 cups milk or soy milk

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice , or 1 tbsp + 1 tsp vinegar

  • 12 tbsp Sea Salt , or 1 tbsp dip mix, your choice

  • 14 cup cream cheese, softened

  • 1 tbsp dip mix, your choice, optional

  • 1 recipe prepared Savoury Cheddar Cookies

  • 12 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature

  • 12 tsp Sea Salt

  • 12 tsp Black Pepper

  • 1 tsp Chipotle Aioli Mix

  • 8 oz (225 g) finely grated sharp cheddar, about 2 cups

  • 1 cup all purpose flour

  • toasted sesame seeds, optional

Instructions
  • In a bowl, combine fresh cheese with cream cheese. If using plain fresh cheese, stir in dip mix, if desired.

  • To serve, sandwich with fresh cheese between cheese crisps. Roll edge sesame seeds, if desired.
