Ingredients

  • 1 recipe prepared Fresh Cheese
  • 4 cups milk or soy milk
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice , or 1 tbsp + 1 tsp vinegar
  • 12 tbsp Sea Salt , or 1 tbsp dip mix, your choice
  • 14 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp dip mix, your choice, optional
  • 1 recipe prepared Savoury Cheddar Cookies
  • 12 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 12 tsp Sea Salt
  • 12 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Chipotle Aioli Mix
  • 8 oz (225 g) finely grated sharp cheddar, about 2 cups
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • toasted sesame seeds, optional

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine fresh cheese with cream cheese. If using plain fresh cheese, stir in dip mix, if desired.
  2. To serve, sandwich with fresh cheese between cheese crisps. Roll edge sesame seeds, if desired.
