Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) lean ground beef
1 pkg Pulled Pork Seasoning, divided
1⁄2 cup ketchup
2⁄3 cup water
2 tbsp vinegar
1⁄2 tbsp brown sugar
Preparation
In a large bowl, using a fork, combine beef and 2 tbsp seasoning. Form into 16 meatballs (about a scant 2 tbsp each).
Arrange in a single layer in Round or Multipurpose Steamer (it’s OK if they touch). Cover; microwave on high for 4 min or until cooked.
Meanwhile, in the Wok add remaining seasoning, ketchup, water, vinegar, and sugar. Simmer over medium heat until sauce is combined and starts to bubble. Remove from heat.
When meatballs are cooked, carefully drain and discard liquid from bottom of steamer. Add meatballs to wok; stir to coat with sauce.
