Satay Steak
Ingredients
4 (3 oz/90 g) flank steaks
3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
1 tsp brown sugar
1⁄4 cup 100% orange juice
2 tsp Satay Sauce Mix
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp Minced Garlic
1⁄4 tsp ginger (ground)
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a sealed plastic bag. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Grill steaks over medium-high heat until desired doneness. Serve immediately.
