Ingredients

  • 4 (3 oz/90 g) flank steaks
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 14 cup 100% orange juice
  • 2 tsp Satay Sauce Mix
  • 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 14 tsp ginger (ground)

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a sealed plastic bag. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  2. Grill steaks over medium-high heat until desired doneness. Serve immediately.
