Satay Chicken & Red Onion Skewers

Ingredients

  • 8 oz (227 g) cubed boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning
  • 1 red onion, cut into small chunks
  • 13 cup Satay Sauce, prepared

Preparation

  1. Coat chicken with oil and seasoning.
  2. Skewer chicken and onions.
  3. Nestle skewers into slots of a skewer maker; stack layers. If making ahead, cover with lid and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Microwave on high until cooked through, about 3–4 min, depending on thickness of ingredients. Serve with sauce for dipping.
