Salad with Warm Herb & Garlic Dressing
This simple green salad can be assembled and stored, covered, in the fridge. Add dressing immediately before serving.
Ingredients
1 head Boston lettuce, or 6 cups baby spinach leaves
1⁄4 cup diced red pepper
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
1 tbsp Herb & Garlic Dip Mix or Rosemary Garlic Seasoning
Herbed Garlic Sea Salt Blend or sea salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese, optional
Preparation
Place lettuce in serving bowl. Top with red pepper.
Whisk together oil, vinegar and dip mix. Season with salt and pepper.
Quickly warm in a small saucepan or in the microwave.
Drizzle over salad and toss quickly to coat. Sprinkle Parmesan overtop and serve immediately.
