Sage & Apple-stuffed Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 tbsp Sage & Apple Stuffing Seasoning
  • 1 cup toasted and cubed whole-grain bread
  • Black Pepper
  • 14 cup prepared Nourish Broth
  • 1 12 tsp Nourish Broth Mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 4 (4 oz/ 120 g) boneless pork chops
  • 2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil

Preparation

  1. Add butter and apple to frying pan and sauté over medium-high heat until apple is soft and browned. Add Sage & Apple Stuffing Seasoning, bread, Black Pepper, and Nourish Bouillon. Heat thoroughly.
  2. Slice each pork chop along one side to create a pocket. Stuff bread mixture into pocket.
  3. Return pan to stove; add oil and sear pork chops on both sides for 3–5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for an additional 5–8 minutes.
