Ingredients

  • 1 tsp 3 Onion Dip Mix
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 14 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups Rotisserie Chicken, prepared
  • 4 servings whole grain or gluten-free crackers
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cups celery, sliced into sticks
  • 2 cups berries

Preparation

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine dip ingredients. Portion into 4 small containers. Set aside.
  2. Next assemble all ingredients into meal prep containers.
