Rosemary Garlic Oven Fries
Pairs perfectly with prepared Epicure Roasted Garlic Aioli for dipping.
Ingredients
4 medium potatoes
1 tbsp Rosemary Garlic Seasoning
1 tbsp oil
1⁄2 recipe prepared Roasted Garlic Aioli
1 tbsp Roasted Garlic Aioli Mix
1 cup light mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice, optional
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400° F (200° C).
Cut each potato into 10 wedges.
Place wedges in a bowl with Rosemary Garlic Seasoning and oil, tossing to coat.
Arrange in a single layer on a crisper. Bake for 20 minutes, until lightly golden and cooked. Dip into Roasted Garlic Aioli and enjoy!
