Pairs perfectly with prepared Epicure Roasted Garlic Aioli for dipping.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 tbsp Rosemary Garlic Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 12 recipe prepared Roasted Garlic Aioli
  • 1 tbsp Roasted Garlic Aioli Mix
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lemon juice, optional

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F (200° C).
  2. Cut each potato into 10 wedges.
  3. Place wedges in a bowl with Rosemary Garlic Seasoning and oil, tossing to coat.
  4. Arrange in a single layer on a crisper. Bake for 20 minutes, until lightly golden and cooked. Dip into Roasted Garlic Aioli and enjoy!
