Rosemary Garlic Mushrooms
A perfect topping for burgers or steaks.
Ingredients
2 lbs (1 kg) small button mushrooms
1⁄2 cup butter
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1⁄2 lemon, juiced
1 tbsp Rosemary Garlic Seasoning
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Clean mushrooms with a damp cloth. Trim the woody ends from the stem.
Melt butter in heavy sauté pan, add Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and Seasoning.
Add mushrooms, toss to coat. Cook at high heat, stirring constantly for 10 minutes.
