Ingredients

  • 2 - 3 medium carrots
  • 2 - 3 medium kohlrabi
  • 1 tbsp Rosemary Garlic Seasoning or SPG Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp oil

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
  2. Cut carrots and kohlrabi in half, widthwise, and then cut into sticks.
  3. Place in a bowl with seasoning and oil, tossing to coat.
  4. Arrange in a single layer on a crisper. Bake for 25–35 minutes, until lightly crispy but cooked.
