Rosemary Garlic Chicken Bow Ties
Epicure's flavourful Seasoning can be used in many ways. Here, it adds punchy rosemary and garlic flavour to easy summer pasta.
Ingredients
10.5 oz (300 g) bow tie pasta or gluten-free pasta
10 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 cup cooked chicken, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Rosemary Garlic Seasoning
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Sea Salt, freshly ground, to taste
Black Pepper, freshly ground, to taste
Preparation
In Multipurpose Pot, cook pasta according to package directions until al dente.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine tomatoes, chicken, oil, and Rosemary Garlic Seasoning.
Drain pasta, add to bowl, and toss with Parmesan. Season with Salt and Pepper.
