Rosée sauce is what happens when alfredo and marinara strike up a saucy romance and tie the knot. It’s got the best of both: tomatoey tang and creamy, cheesy goodness. Whether you’re making it on the stovetop or in the microwave, dinner’s ready in a snap. Use it for pastas, pizzas, casseroles, and even hot dips.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Rosée Sauce Mix
  • 1 12 cups milk, your choice
  • 12 cup tomato paste

Preparation

  1. In a saucepan, combine sauce mix with milk and tomato paste. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, whisking constantly. Reduce heat to low and simmer 3 min, or until thickened.
  2. Or, in a 4-cup microwavable bowl, combine sauce mix with milk and tomato paste; whisk to combine. Microwave on high 4–5 min, or until thickened, whisking halfway through.
