Rosée Pasta

Bring a touch of gourmet to your table without all the fuss! This recipe will be your “go-to” dinner solution for busy weeknights. Throw in some cooked chicken or seafood and a medley of veggies for some extra flair (and nutrition!).

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg Rosée Sauce Mix

  • 1 12 cups milk, your choice

  • 12 cup tomato paste

  • 6 cups cooked pasta, your choice

Instructions
  • In a saucepan, combine sauce mix with milk and tomato paste. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, whisking constantly. Reduce heat to low and simmer 3 min or until thickened.

  • Or, in a 4-cup microwavable bowl, combine sauce mix with milk and tomato paste; whisk to combine. Microwave on high 4–5 min or until thickened, whisking halfway through.

  • To serve, combine prepared sauce with your choice of cooked pasta.

Tips

For best results, store and reheat leftover pasta and sauce separately; toss together after reheating.
