Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (12 oz/340 g) gnocchi
  • 1 lb (450 g) lean ground beef, or your choice ground meat
  • 12 pkg Italian Meatball Seasoning
  • 12 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic, or 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 12 tsp chili flakes
  • 12 tsp SPG Seasoning
  • 1 can (28 oz/798 ml) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 2 cups prepared Rosée Sauce
  • 1 pkg Rosée Sauce Mix
  • 1 12 cups milk, your choice
  • 12 cup tomato paste
  • Grated parmesan, optional

Preparation

  1. Cook gnocchi in a large pot according to package directions or until they float, about 3 min. Drain.
  2. Meanwhile, in Sauté Pan over medium heat, cook beef until browned. Add Italian Meatball Seasoning; stir to combine. Once meat is cooked through, transfer to a bowl; set aside.
  3. In the same pan, heat oil. Add gnocchi. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 2 min. Add garlic, chili flakes, and SPG Seasoning. Stir to combine; sauté 1 min.
  4. Return beef to pan. Add tomatoes and spinach. Simmer, stirring occasionally until spinach is wilted.
  5. Add sauce. Bring to a boil. Top with Parmesan, if desired.
