Ingredients
  • ice, (for 1 cocktail)

  • 12 cup Pink Lady tea or Rose tea, strong brewed

  • 1 oz gin

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 sugar cube

  • 2 oz sparkling wine, Prosecco or Champagne

  • lemon twist, for garnish

Instructions
  • In a cocktail shaker, shake first five ingredients and strain into a champagne flute.

  • Top with sparkling wine and garnish with lemon.

  • Make it a Mocktail: Replace the spirits with club soda.
