A whole new way to eat radishes that softens their spiciness.

Ingredients

  • 20 radishes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp SPG Seasoning, or Epicure seasoning of your choice

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C).
  2. Trim and halve radishes, place in a bowl, and toss with oil and seasoning.
  3. Place in a single layer on a crisper or Sheet Pan.
  4. Roast for 15 minutes.
