Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Ever wonder what to do with all those pumpkin seeds? Try this delicious option.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pumpkin seeds, rinsed and dried
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp Fajita Seasoning, or your favourite Epicure seasoning
  • Sea Salt, coarsely ground, to taste

Preparation

  1. Toss pumpkin seeds with oil and seasoning.
  2. Spread in a single layer on stacked Multi Purpose Tray.
  3. Cook on high for about 2–4 minutes, until dry and golden.
  4. Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
  5. Toss clean, dry pumpkin seeds with oil and seasoning.
  6. Spread in a single layer on a Sheet Pan lined with a Sheet Pan Liner
  7. Bake for about 30 minutes, until dry and golden, stirring occasionally.
