Roasted Harvest Vegetables with Maple Bacon Sea Salt
Sweet, savoury, and smoky – what a winning combination! This is a very flexible dish. You can add other root vegetables, so feel free to be creative.
Ingredients
2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
2 medium parsnips, peeled and thinly sliced
2 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves of garlic, husked and thinly sliced
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 cup orange juice
2 tbsp butter, cubed
1 - 2 tbsp Maple Bacon Sea Salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
Toss all ingredients in a large pot, or a large baking dish.
Bake, stirring occasionally, until lightly golden, approximately 45 minutes.
