Roasted Garlic & Red Pepper Jelly Crostini
Ingredients
12 slices French baguette
1 - 2 tbsp olive oil
1⁄2 cup soft goat cheese or Fresh cheese
1⁄2 cup Red Pepper Jelly
1⁄2 recipe prepared Roasted Garlic Bulbs
3 medium garlic bulbs
2 tbsp olive oil
Sea Salt, coarsely ground, to taste
Black Pepper, coarsely ground, to taste
3 Onion Dip Mix or French Onion Dip Mix, to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
Place baguette slices on a crisper. Lightly brush with oil. Bake until toasted, 5 minutes per side.
Spread goat cheese on baguette slices. Mash in a clove of Roasted Garlic Bulbs on each. Top with Red Pepper Jelly.
