Roasted Garlic & Red Pepper Jelly Crostini

Ingredients
  • 12 slices French baguette

  • 1 - 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 12 cup soft goat cheese or Fresh cheese

  • 12 cup Red Pepper Jelly

  • 12 recipe prepared Roasted Garlic Bulbs

  • 3 medium garlic bulbs

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Sea Salt, coarsely ground, to taste

  • Black Pepper, coarsely ground, to taste

  • French Onion Dip Mix, or your favourite dip mix, to taste

Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).

  • Place baguette slices on a crisper. Lightly brush with oil. Bake until toasted, 5 minutes per side.

  • Spread goat cheese on baguette slices. Mash in a clove of Roasted Garlic Bulbs on each. Top with Red Pepper Jelly.
