Roasted Carrot Fries

Turn carrot sticks into fun fries. They have a slightly sweeter taste than potatoes and are just as satisfying. A great way to get kiddos to eat more veggies. Serve with Big Burger Sauce for dunking.

Ingredients
  • 6 medium carrots, peeled

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp Cheesy Fries Seasoning or Cajun Fries Seasoning

  • 1 cup prepared Big Burger Sauce , (optional)

  • 2 tbsp Big Burger Sauce Mix

  • 1 cup light mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp ketchup

  • 1 tbsp relish

  • Toppings (optional), chopped parsley or cilantro

Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 400 °F.

  • Cut carrots into french fry sticks. Place on a Sheet Pan lined with a Sheet Pan Liner.

  • Drizzle with olive oil and toss with fry seasoning. Bake for 30 min or until tender.

  • Shake on more fry seasoning and add toppings, if desired.

Tips

Experiment with other firm root vegetables, like parsnips, beets, sweet potatoes and yams. Cooking time may vary.
